Aftercare

Caring for your lashes + brows between visits.

Every appointment includes a physical aftercare card to take home. If yours goes missing, the same guidance lives right here.

Your Korean Lash Lift is designed to enhance your natural lashes while preserving their health and integrity. Proper aftercare will help you enjoy beautiful, long-lasting results while keeping your natural lashes strong and healthy.

The First 24 Hours

Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours after your Korean Lash Lift. The professional Korean system used at Eden’s Aesthetic & Co. allows you to continue with your normal routine without worrying about water exposure.

That said, I do recommend avoiding prolonged high-heat environments during the first 24 hours. This includes activities such as long, very hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or hot yoga. While occasional water exposure is perfectly fine, excessive heat may temporarily soften the hair and could affect the longevity or shape of your lift as it settles.

After the first day, you’re free to enjoy your normal routine.

If You Added a Lash Tint

If your service included a lash tint, you can expect the tint to last approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your skincare routine, cleansing habits, sun exposure, and your natural lash growth cycle.

Your lift will continue to look beautiful even after the tint has faded, and mascara may be worn if you’d like to restore a darker appearance.

Hydration Is Everything

Healthy lashes retain their flexibility, shine, and strength.

To keep your lashes conditioned:

Simply apply the Silk Protein Treatment given at your appointment to your lashes once a day before bed.

This simple routine helps maintain soft, healthy lashes throughout the life of your lift.

Avoid Mechanical Stress

Although your lift is long-lasting, your natural lashes can still become bent or damaged through excessive friction.

Please avoid:

  • Rubbing your eyes
  • Pulling or picking at your lashes
  • Sleeping with your face pressed firmly into your pillow whenever possible

Your lashes have been carefully shaped, and treating them gently will help preserve your results.

Skip the Eyelash Curler

Please do not use a traditional eyelash curler after your lift.

Your lashes have already been professionally lifted, and mechanical curling can weaken or distort both the lift and your natural lashes.

Mascara

Most clients find they no longer need mascara after their Korean Lash Lift.

If you’d like to wear mascara, I recommend waiting until the day after your appointment. While the professional Korean lifting system allows your lashes to get wet immediately, minimizing unnecessary manipulation during the first 24 hours helps your lashes settle into their beautiful new shape.

When wearing mascara, remove it gently at the end of the day and avoid waterproof formulas whenever possible, as they require more rubbing to remove and may place unnecessary stress on your natural lashes.

Heat & Steam

Your lifted lashes are meant to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

However, frequent exposure to very high heat, such as daily sauna use or regular steam room sessions, may gradually soften the shape of the lift over time.

Consistent exposure may result in:

  • A lift that relaxes sooner
  • Slight changes in curl pattern
  • A shorter overall lifespan of your results

If you’re someone who frequently enjoys saunas or steam rooms, simply keep in mind that your lift may not last quite as long.

Sleep Matters

Your lashes won’t lose their lift simply because you slept.

However, repeatedly sleeping face-down or pressing your lashes into your pillow can temporarily redirect them until they’re brushed back into place.

A quick brush with your spoolie each morning is usually all that’s needed to keep them looking their best.

Brush Daily

Use the spoolie provided to gently brush your lashes each morning.

This helps separate the lashes, keeps them neat, and allows you to enjoy the full effect of your lift every day.

When Should I Book My Next Lift?

Most clients return every 6–8 weeks, depending on their natural lash growth cycle.

For the health and integrity of your natural lashes, I do not recommend lifting the same lashes before they have naturally shed and been replaced with new growth.

A Note About Lash Health

At Eden’s Aesthetic & Co., preserving the health of your natural lashes is always the priority.

Every Korean Lash Lift is customized based on your natural lash strength, length, growth pattern, and previous chemical history to ensure beautiful results without compromising lash integrity.

Healthy lashes create the most beautiful lifts, and my goal is for you to enjoy both.

A Final Note

Your Korean Lash Lift was designed to simplify your routine, not complicate it.

Wake up, brush your lashes, and go.

Healthy, low-maintenance beauty is exactly what this service was created for. 🌿

Your Brow Lamination is designed to create fuller, more polished brows while preserving the health of your natural brow hairs. Proper aftercare will help you enjoy beautiful, long-lasting results while keeping your brows healthy, soft, and manageable.

The First 24 Hours

Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to avoid getting your brows wet for 24 hours after your Brow Lamination.

While occasional water exposure is perfectly fine, excessive heat may temporarily soften the hair and could affect the longevity or shape of your lamination as it settles.

After the first day, you’re free to enjoy your normal routine.

If Your Service Included a Brow Stain

If your service included a brow stain, you can expect the stain to last approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your skincare routine, cleansing habits, sun exposure, and your natural brow growth cycle.

Using exfoliating skincare products, retinoids, acids, or benzoyl peroxide around the brow area may cause your stain to fade more quickly.

Hydration Is Everything

Healthy brows create the best laminations.

To keep your brows soft and conditioned:

Simply apply the Silk Protein Treatment given at your appointment to your brows once a day before bed.

Hydrated brows remain healthier, more flexible, and maintain a polished appearance throughout the life of your lamination.

Brush Your Brows Daily

Brows naturally shift throughout the day and while you sleep.

Using the spoolie provided, gently brush your brows into your desired shape each morning. This quick habit helps maintain the polished, lifted appearance of your lamination.

Avoid Mechanical Stress

Your brows have been carefully reshaped, so treating them gently will help preserve your results.

Please avoid:

  • Rubbing your brows
  • Picking or pulling at the hairs
  • Excessively touching or playing with your brows throughout the day

Gentle handling helps your brows stay healthier and maintain their shape longer.

Heat & Steam

Your laminated brows are designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

However, frequent exposure to very high heat, such as daily sauna use or regular steam room sessions, may gradually soften the shape of your lamination over time.

Consistent exposure may result in:

  • Brows relaxing sooner
  • Reduced hold
  • A shorter overall lifespan of your results

If you’re someone who frequently enjoys saunas or steam rooms, simply keep in mind that your brows may return to their natural growth pattern a little sooner.

Makeup & Skincare

Most clients find they need very little brow makeup after their Brow Lamination.

If you’d like to wear additional brow makeup, I recommend waiting until the day after your appointment. While the professional Korean lamination system allows your brows to get wet immediately, minimizing unnecessary manipulation during the first 24 hours helps your brows settle into their beautiful new shape.

When applying or removing makeup, be gentle around the brow area. Avoid aggressive rubbing or scrubbing, and keep strong exfoliating products, retinoids, acids, and benzoyl peroxide off the brows whenever possible, as they may shorten the life of your stain and dry out the brow hairs.

Sleep Matters

Your brow hairs may occasionally shift while you sleep.

If you wake up with a few hairs out of place, simply mist your brows lightly with water and brush them back into position using your spoolie.

When Should I Book My Next Brow Lamination?

Most clients return every 6–8 weeks, depending on their natural brow growth cycle.

For the health and integrity of your brow hairs, I do not recommend laminating the same hairs before they have naturally shed and been replaced with new growth.
