Booking & cancellation policy.
A $30 non-refundable booking deposit ($50 for The Eden Effect) is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Changes made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit and a $50 late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Because appointment times are reserved especially for each guest, these fees help protect time that can no longer reasonably be offered to another client.
No-shows will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit or prepayment already collected will be applied toward that amount.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to respect other clients’ time. Applicable fees may still apply.
Please arrive with lashes and brows free of mascara, lash glue, oils, and product buildup. Failure to do so may affect service results or require rescheduling. A preparation fee of up to $25 may apply.
To maintain a calm and focused environment, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.
