Booking & cancellation policy.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied toward your final service total: $30 for the Korean Lash Lift and $50 for all extension services. Remaining balances are due immediately after service via cash or card.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit and a $50 last-minute cancellation or rescheduling fee, due at the date and time of the originally scheduled appointment. This fee compensates for reserved time that can no longer be offered to other clients.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, plus forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to respect other clients' time. Applicable fees may still apply.
Please arrive with lashes and brows free of mascara, lash glue, oils, and product buildup. If cleanup is needed, a $25 upcharge applies to cover the additional time and product. If the lash line is deemed unworkable, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled per the booking contract, with forfeiture of the deposit.
To maintain a calm, focused environment, children under 4 and additional guests are not permitted during appointments.
