Searching for lash extensions in Round Rock turns up a long list of studios, a lot of very similar photos, and not much that tells you what actually happens once you are in the chair.
That is a problem, because a full set is not a quick service. You are handing someone close to three hours and trusting them to work an inch from your eyes with your natural lash health on the line. You deserve to know what you are walking into.
So here is the honest walkthrough — what a first appointment at Eden's Aesthetic & Co. actually looks like, how fills work, what to do before you come in, and what separates a set you love from one you regret.
First, Where We Are
Eden's Aesthetic & Co. is a lash studio at 3000 Joe Dimaggio Blvd, Suite 5, Round Rock, TX 78665.
We are a single-artist studio, not a salon floor. That means no talking over music, no waiting while someone finishes the client before you, and no handing you off to whoever is free. Your appointment is your appointment.
Clients come to us from across the north Austin metro — Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, and Austin proper. Studio hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
The Eden Signature Set: What "Tailored" Actually Means
Most studios hand you a menu and ask you to pick a style off a list. We do it the other way around.
The Eden Signature Set is a tailored full set, which means the design is built for your eyes rather than selected from a fixed lineup. Before anything is applied, Lala — a licensed esthetician — looks at your natural lashes and maps the set around three things:
- What your lashes can carry. Every extension is bonded to one of your own lashes, so the weight and length have to match what that individual lash can actually support. This is the entire ballgame. A set that is too heavy stresses the natural lash underneath it, and that damage is not something you can style your way out of.
- Your eye shape. Where the length goes changes everything. Longer toward the outer corner lifts and elongates. Longer through the center opens the eye and rounds it. The same lengths placed differently give two completely different faces.
- Your actual life. How much daily upkeep you genuinely enjoy, whether you work out, whether you sleep on your face, what you want to look like at 7am on a Tuesday versus at a wedding.

What Your First Appointment Is Like
Plan for about two hours and forty-five minutes for a full set. That number surprises people, so it is worth explaining where the time goes: each extension is placed one at a time, by hand, under magnification, on a lash that is roughly the width of a thread. There is no fast version of that which is also a good version.
Here is the shape of it:
We talk first. Styles, lengths, curl, how much drama you want. Bring photos if you have them — even photos of sets you disliked are useful, sometimes more useful.
Your eyes get prepped. Lashes are cleansed to strip any residual oil, your lower lashes are protected with a gentle under-eye pad, and your eyes stay closed from here on.
The set goes on. This is the long stretch. Your lashes are isolated one at a time and each extension is bonded at the base, never touching your skin. Most people are surprised by how relaxing it is. A lot of clients fall asleep, which is genuinely fine and slightly encouraged.
We check the finish together. Once the adhesive has cured, you sit up and look. Anything that needs adjusting gets adjusted before you leave.
You should feel nothing during the service beyond the light pressure of the tweezers. No pulling, no stinging, no burning. If you do feel any of those things, say so immediately — that is information your artist needs, not a complaint.
Fills: The Part People Get Wrong
Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, and each one takes its extension with it. That is normal. A fill replaces what has cycled out and rebalances the set.
Come in within two to three weeks of your last appointment. This is the single most common mistake we see. Past three weeks, too much of the set has grown out to simply top up, and the appointment becomes a full set again — more time, more cost. A fill on schedule is the cheapest way to keep lashes.

Coming From Another Lash Artist?
That is what the Foreign Fill is for, and there is no awkwardness in it — a lot of our regulars started this way.
When you have extensions applied somewhere else, we book extra time to assess the existing set first. Anything outgrown, poorly isolated, or placed in a way that is stressing the natural lash gets removed, and the rest is reblended into our style. It runs $140 and takes about two hours.
Be aware that if the existing set needs heavy correction — stuck-together lashes, extensions bonded to multiple natural lashes at once, or significant damage underneath — the appointment may convert to a full set. We will tell you that at the start, not at checkout.
Before You Come In
Two things, and the first one matters more than people expect.
Arrive with a completely clean lash line. No mascara, no leftover lash glue, no oil-based cleanser, moisturizer, or SPF anywhere near your eyes. Extension adhesive will not bond through residue. If cleanup is needed, a $25 upcharge applies to cover the additional time and product, and if the lash line is genuinely unworkable, the appointment may have to be rescheduled with the deposit forfeited. Neither of us wants that.
Know the booking terms. A non-refundable deposit holds every appointment and applies toward your total. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice. There is a 10-minute grace period on arrival, after which your appointment may be shortened or cancelled so the next client is not pushed back. Full details live on our policies page.
One more small thing: use the restroom before you start. Two hours and forty-five minutes is a long time to lie still.
Making Them Last
Good aftercare is the difference between a set that looks great for two weeks and one that still looks great at your fill.
The short version: keep them dry for the first 24 hours while the adhesive fully cures, avoid oil-based products around the eye entirely, skip heavy steam, brush them gently with your spoolie every morning, and never pick or pull. A lash that gets pulled out early takes six to eight weeks to grow back, and it is genuinely not worth it.
